JobCo. Employment Services Inc. is a not for profit incorporated association that has operated for over twenty years, initially as a dedicated employment assistance and support service for people with mental health issues. Over time, we expanded to offer services to address many barriers to community and economic participation including workplace modifications advice, Indigenous capacity building, vocational support programs and community mental health, including helping people with substance abuse and homelessness issues. JobCo. also provides carer vocational assistance and JobCo. Training has been a Registered Training Organisation since 2000, providing flexible, student-centred vocation solutions.

JobCo.'s mission is to ensure that any person seeking employment services, training, counselling or support is assisted to the highest standard. For all clients we will provide a unique and individual experience of service where people feel listened to and supported in overcoming barriers, achieving equity and meaningful inclusion into their local community.

Our values are reflected both in the services we provide and in the investment of well-qualified staff from a broad range of disciplines and cultural backgrounds, often with lived experience of disability or disadvantage.

JobCo. takes an empowerment approach, coaching participants to develop independence and control over their personal recovery journey.
