  • Salary range $70,000 - $80,000 dependant on experience, plus car
JobCo. Employment Services Inc., is a not-for-profit community-based organisation offering a range of programs across Melbourne. With a proud history of assisting people with mental health issues on their recovery journey we are building on our service delivery across Melbourne.

The NDIS Area Business Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of JobCo's NDIS program operating out of our Fitzroy office and reporting to JobCo's NDIS Program Manager.

You will lead your team of professionals and continue to grow JobCo's local offering in a KPI-driven dynamic environment, all while ensuring high quality service provision to our clients. The growth of your local NDIS business will be essential to achieving your budget.

Your positive attitude, collaborative can-do approach, recovery focus, problem solving skills and ability to motivate others will ensure you are successful.

Multiple full time positions available:

  • Brunswick office - multiple positions
  • Fitzroy office - multiple positions
  • Moorabbin office - multiple positions
  • Sunshine office - starting in January
  • Cranbourne office - starting in February
Your role will be flexible, including providing 1-1 core and capacity building supports, delivering group activities and engaging in support coordination activities for clients. Customer service and high quality service provision are key drivers for the team.

Senior NDIS Mentor

Description
Pay range is $60,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.

With a proud history of assisting people with mental health issues on their recovery journey, JobCo. continues to grow its NDIS program across Melbourne. Five positions are currently available:

  • 1 X Full Time Senior NDIS Mentor – Brunswick
  • 1 X Full Time Senior NDIS Mentor – Cranbourne
  • 1 X Full Time Senior NDIS Mentor – Fitzroy
  • 1 X Full Time Senior NDIS Mentor – Moorabbin
  • 1 X Full Time Senior NDIS Mentor – Sunshine
The Senior NDIS Mentor will provide direct support, both in an administrative and team development capacity, to the NDIS Area Business Manager for their region. The role will also deliver professional, billable services to NDIS Participants.

Duties are highly flexible and varied as they are based on the needs of the team and also the individual participants being supported. The role may include following up on NDIS administrative processes, supporting team members to plan client supports, engaging in planning for business growth and team development, delivering support coordination or one on one services and the facilitation of group activities.
